Leadership Team

Murray Bickley has more than 28 years of experience in the energy services industry in Canadian and International markets. Murray has held several senior leadership roles in operations, sales and strategic marketing over the course of his career including senior positions with one of the largest energy services firms in the world.

Leonard Cornez brings more than 37 years of experience in energy and related professional services to the company. Leonard has held the position of CFO in several international energy service companies and has served on the Board of Directors for a number of Canadian public and private corporations. Leonard is a Chartered Accountant (Alberta) and a Certified Public Accountant (Illinois).

Jeff Spence is a Professional Engineer who brings 19 years of experience in the energy services industry. Jeff is a member of The Association of Professional Engineers, Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA) and Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), and has a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Alberta.

Melanie Nahayowski is a Professional Engineer with 20 years of experience in the energy services industry. Melanie is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers, Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA), Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), and the Canadian Heavy Oil Association (CHOA). Melanie holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Biological Sciences and Petroleum Engineering from the University of Alberta.

As Director of Shared Services, Sam Okasha oversees the organizational culture, human capital practices, training and development, information technology, digital enablement, and ESG strategy and reporting.  With more than 23 years of experience extending across technology services, property management, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing industries, Sam has spent the last decade in the energy service sector.  Sam earned his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering and his Master’s degree in Software Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington. Sam also holds an Executive Management Certificate from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Rob Toth brings 27 years of experience in the energy services industry and has served in a variety of roles including sales, capital asset management, human resources, software development and operations. Rob holds a Bachelor of Management Degree with Distinction from the University of Lethbridge.
